Within Germany the freightage and the german VAT are included. The freight consts towards the foreign countries of Europe are listed in the freightage table.

How "old" are the retread tyres?

Our retread tyres all derive from the running manufacture and get sold permanently. This means that none of the tyres stays on stock longer than 1 year. You as well are able to control your tyres by checking the DOT-No. (e.g. 1406 stands for tyres produced during the 14. calendar week 2006).

Deliveries abroad.

Certainly we deliver your purchase abroad as well. The freight costs please see from the freightage table.

Our range of rims.

We still work on this part of our internet shop. Please send us the following specifications to info@peoreifen.com: manufacturer, key number and tyre dimension, wether you search for a steel or an aluminium rim and do you want to complete it with wheel nuts and studs. Afterwords we'll send you the offer for the rims you'll have asked for as fast as possible. If you you're going to opt for our offer all arrives at your delivery address well packed. ABE/Certificates will accompany the packages.

Wich services are meant by complete wheels?

Our service for complete wheels contains: rim, tyres, possibly required mounting parts, mounting, wheel balancing, valve and ABE/certificate.

Do there subsist special prices for merchants?

Please, register and login. Send us your inquiry by filling in your purchase order quantity into the precast form. According exactly to your inquiry we'll calculate the prices. Here you find the application form.                    
These prices are meant excluding the legal VAT.

Return and guarantee.

Articles bought at our internet shop are liable to a guarantee of 24 month. Detailled informations about your return rights and guarantee please read at our Terms of use.

Payment of the orders made by you.

Payments are available as prepayment, paypal (Visa/Mastercard, giropay, ELV).

Chosing prepayment please transfer the invoice sum towards our  corresponding bank. As soon as we can notice a receipt of payment at our banking account the goods will be dispatched.

PayPal: Register at PayPal. Once you are logged in at PayPal you'll be able to send the invoice amount to us by Visa or Mastercard, giropay or direct debit. This system of payment functions extremely safe and is pretty easy to handle. After money receipts gets affirmed by us we'll dispatch the goods.

Your data will be used ONLY for the handling of payments. It won't be saved.

What will happen if I ain't at home at the delivery?

We dispatch with DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst). If you won't stay at home at the moment of delivery DPD's driver will try to leave the goods at a neighbour, for example. You'll get informed by DPD where the goods are deposed or whom you can contact to get it.

Invoice and delivery address.

While confirming your order you are able to fill in different delivery and invoice addresses. The delivery address may be every favoured address (e.g. petrol station or your tyre specialist dealer -please coordinate this with the receipient before!!!) The invoice will be duly completed with the invoice addressed you've named.

Only a fraction of the goods has reached you. What to do now?

In the uncommon case it may occur that only a partial shipment will receive you the remaining goods normally follow during the next day, already.

You can let the tyres be mounted at any dealer's garage or at any tyre specialist dealer. If you search for a mounting station please click here.

How to find a designation at a winter tyre wich shows that it complies with the legal minimum requirements?

The minimum profile dephth for convenient winter tyres has to be 4mm. Furthermore the winter tyres must have an "M+S" identification at its shoulder (the side o the tyre). As a matter of course the retread tyres sold by us carry this identification besides the symbol with the snow flake wich signalizes an absolute winter tyre.

The place of manufacture is Dissen am Teutoburger Wald in Germany.

The retread summer and winter tyres sold at www.proreifen.com are manufactured according to the ECE- regulation. They are constantly controlled by the TÜV (Technical Supervisory Assistance) using high speed and combination tests. The quality security system existing since 1999 and verified by the TÜV accomplished in the operation procedure and permanent tests controlls guarantee a retreading in compliance with the latest quality directives.

The licence numbers E 108 R-00 00 12 as well as E 109 R-00 00 12 given by the KBA illustrate a quality feature wich is marked outwardly visible at every of the tyres in our internet shop.

In principle only tyres (carcasses) of well-known manufacturers for  new tyres wich are of an age and a condition according to the ECE- regulations are used. Previous to the processing these carcasses again get well prooved optional. Those with internal and/or external damages get sorted out. Afterwords computerised buffing machines remove the old tread rubber accurate to a millimetre. While buffing also the smallest irregularities inside the casings wich disqualify from a subsequent treatment can be found. After this quality inspection the mixture of the raw rubber is applied by the help of a template controlled extruder. The fully automatical applicator provides an exact centring, automatically push detection device and the separation of the camel back during the application of the tread. Each tyre blank gets balanced after the application of the sidewall. Under pressure (~15 bar) and a temperature of 160°C the tyre blank gets it new profile inside the adequate heating press. Not until the fifth visually control and the end check up with pressure test and automatical deburring the tyre runs into vending and from hereon the tyre carries a 2 years guarantee.
