It’s important to us to sell only goods to you wich can be recommended to our clients. Furthermore we only offer NEW tyres!! You won’t find stale news at our shop because after each season we give back all extant tyres to it’s producers. Each new season we order new collections of tyres at the particular manufacturers. In some very seldom cases it may occure that some tyres aren’t deliverable because of the shipping situation. In this respect your purchase is an offer wich we confirm throughout the delivery. If we ever won’t be able to deliver a product we’ll send you an email in detail as soon as possible in wich we offer – if possible - a replacement. By resending an answer you’ll be able to accept or to deny it. If we won’t be able to deliver at all or if you won’t accept our suggestion of replacement possibly paid amounts will be refund at once.
