All prices mentioned at www.proreifen.com are including VAT unless marked different.

The delivery of tyres, wheels and automotive parts offered at  www.proreifen.com towards foreign countries is subject to special conditions wich are shown separately.

Options of Delivery and Payment:

proReifen.com offers the following options of delivery:

• Delivery to your address
  The goods ordered by your will be delivered to your address. This puts you into the position to mount the tyres by yourself or to let an expert engineer this work.
  

• Delivery to an experts company
  You let us deliver the tyres directly to an experts company selected by your. You therefor mark name and address of the selected company additionally to your invoice address. Please don't miss to manifest the delivery essentially.

Freight Costs:

1. Inside Germany the delivery and package costs are already  included for deliveries with an order of 2 tyres. For orders of only one tyre we reserve to charge additional 4 Euro.

2. For orders of entire wheels (tyres + rim) the freight costs  inside Germany are included as well.

3. Please notice details about the delivery abroad at our freight cost table.

All prices meant as in Euro, carriage paid, per article, declared and duty paid.

Usually we send two tyres in one package. In case of very heavy or huge tyres (e.g. light truck/transporter tyres only one tyre might be possibliy sent as a package. For technical reasons it's basically assumed that two tyres can be cased as one package. If in acceptional cases only one tyre can be cased in a package then the shipping costs written above will increase on buyers account. In this case you'll get informed infront of the delivery.

For parcels to european islands we reserve the right to calculate costs for duty and additional freight afterwords your order. We appreciate to answer to your further questions about details of delivery in front of your order at info@proreifen.com.

Regarding to estimated duration lags of time may accure specifically to the different countries (duty treatment, borderland, etc.).

Returns

We wish you on satisfaction with our delivery. Therefor you as a private customer (consumer in the legal sense of §13 BGB) are able to reship all goods bought at our internet shop to our company within 14 days. If the consumer is an enterpriser other rights are guilty. These are listed in our terms of use.
Excluded from our fortnightly return right are deliveries of goods wich have been produced individually for each client like complete wheels. Detailled informations are written in the terms of use.

All goods received by you or an authorised person have to be checked for transport damages and other defeciences right after the receipt. Each lack of the wrapping or other transposrt damages you have to notifiy DPD at once at the delivery. You're also forced to acquaint oth er deficiencies and transfer damages to us imediately and without delay (latest within 3 days) in written form.  This also includes hidden deficiencies and lacks. If we lost any debts against DPD or insurance benefits because of your refrain from obligation then you will be responsible for any neglect of duty.

If you exercise the right of objection or you assess a damage (only within the respite of warranty) please contact us at  info@proreifen.com or by fax at +49 (0)5421-81000.

Please let us know the reason for your reconsignment (ordered wrong tyre, deficient tyre, damaged tyre, etc.) as well as your personal data wich we'll need for a fast and proper development. Thereupon we'll contact you and let the tyres be collected. Afterwords we'll retransfer the invoice amount to bank account you've noticed (Please, don't authorize a cancellation of the entry!). Provided that you'll have revoked the contract within 14 days after the receipt of the goods written or per email and if the pick up will take part at a german address and if the order value won't be above 40 Euro we'll also refund the forwarding expenses.

The shipping costs also will be refunded if the goods bear deficiencies or reach you in a damaged condition.

If you're not sure wether you'd like to keep the goods than please don't attempt to mount the goods. This may cause the forfeit of your right of withdrawal.

Packaging:

• For tyres:
  Each two tyres (in clean condition) have to be bundled as a package (adhesive tape, etc.). It is important to parcel tighten and adequate so that the tyres stay bunched safe.
• For complete wheels:
  For the return please use the same package in wich the goods had received you, best. The front as well as the back side have to be covered with enough cardboard and the package has to be saved stable. Our parcel service is urged to collect only parcels with adequate wrapping. If the parcel driver won't agree with the package he won't pick up the parcel. So caused charges are for your account. Thank you for your assistance.

Collection of goods

It is definetly possible to pick up the goods at our company's address. Therefor please arrange a date with us.

Payment options

To offer you the smallest possible prices it's neccessary to keep our conditions of payment. You can choose out of the following payment alternatives:

• By credit transfer: You transfer the amount. The banking account you are able to transfer the value to is written at the fulfilment confirmation you'll receive. After payment receipt we'll send you the tyres immediately.
  
  
• By PayPal you pay comfortable and safe, via Master/Visacard, Giropay or debit advice procedure. Your informations will be transmitted to us provided with SSL-encryption whereupon we'll deliver the goods ordered and paid by you.

In case of the complete payment of the ordered goods won't be duly received within 30 week days these circumstances automatically disable the primary contract. The dispatcher reserves to bill the purchaser for possible incidental service charges in reasonable scale.

Discounts, special promotional offer

Discounts within the scopes of permanent or special promotional actions offered at proReifen.com are categorecally not connectable or negotiable with each other or with further price reductions - internal as well as external.

The period of delivery normally averages about 2-4 business days after the receipt of payment.
The delivery will take place at the invoice address stated by the purchaser respectively at the address of an experts garage chosen by the purchaser. The dispatch presently is effected by DPD. With the delivery all risks are transferred to the purchaser. If the delivery time won't be kept by the mercantilist until the ending of the 30th day the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract.

The delivery times abroad can diverge from the regular time mentioned above. Details about you find at the freightage table.

We reserve the right to restrict the methods of payment for deliveries abroad if necessary. All prices include the legitimate VAT legal at the moment of the order. Delivery and dispatch costs are included for deliveries inside Germany if this is not stated devergently in written form somewhere else.
